How We Help

We offer unique, local programs, designed to meet the specific needs our community

The Salvation Army has served the Lower Eastern Shore of MD since 1913, and its mission is to meet human needs wherever, whenever, and however we can. Serving Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties with a Youth Club, Senior Citizen Club, Social Services, Family Thrift Store, and Disaster Relief Services. We are committed to:

Ways We Help

Social Services We provide a food pantry and rental & utility assistance for those in need.

Office hours
Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (closed noon - 1 pm for lunch)

Salvation Army Senior club (SAS)

Open to those 55+, trips, exercise, fellowship, and more

The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club offers after-school programs, summer camp, vacation bible school, and organized sports for children ages 3-14. Sports include flag football, softball, t-ball & basketball.

Through our Angel Tree program, provide support at Christmas with holiday food, clothing, and gifts for children up to 14 years old.
